The patient reported significant improvements in multiple health concerns. Chronic insomnia has completely resolved, with markedly reduced time to fall asleep and enhanced sleep quality, often waking up feeling refreshed. Notably, sleep-disordered breathing caused by nasal polyps showed breakthrough improvement—nocturnal hypoxic symptoms such as morning headaches and daytime drowsiness have disappeared following sustained hydrogen inhalation therapy, with substantial restoration of airway patency. Moreover, chronic pain from a long-standing foot injury has unexpectedly alleviated, resolving prior mobility limitations linked to the trauma. Based on a comprehensive self-assessment, the patient attributes these improvements to the hydrogen inhalation therapy, hypothesizing synergistic mechanisms involving anti-inflammatory effects and microcirculation enhancement. Overall quality of life has markedly increased.
